Merging of Sochim International S.p.A. & Gephar Food S.r.l.

I am pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2009, SOCHIM International & GEPHAR Food have merged to form a new Company called
SOCHIM International SpA
The new company, SOCHIM International SpA, will be an integrated company that operate with increased efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness. It is a full service organization that can provide raw materials or ingredients, contract manufacturing together with formulation assistance and scientific support. SOCHIM International SpA combines both commercial activities (sales, marketing and distribution of ingredients) along with contract manufacturing services for dietary products. The integrated company will be the premier single source solution for private labeled finished dietary products.
