NATURAL COLORANTS
A full line of natural carotenoid coloring solutions for beverage, bakery, dairy, confectionary products in a range of food colors from yellow to orange to red.
Natural carotenoid colors carry with them all the health benefits of carotenoids.
Natural food colors are derived from antioxidant-rich extracts of lycopene, beta carotene and lutein.

Tomat-O-Red® is available as a ready-to-use powder or liquid formulation. Tomat-O-Red® cold water soluble powder (CWD) and liquid glycerol solution (NG) instantly dissolve in water-based food. In the ready-to-use formulations, lycopene crystals are coated to induce stability throughout a wide range of temperatures, pH and processing conditions. The lycopene tiny crystals are evenly dispersed, reflecting a red color. Increasing or decreasing the loading will impact the intensity of the color.
Tomat-O-Red® formulation is made to protect the Lycopene from oxidation and light damage. The formulations are made to reduce any color shift during processing, a common problem with other red colorants of food.
Lyc-O-Lutein® and Lyc-O-Beta® are available as ready to use powder, cold water dispersible and liquid formulation for orange and yellow shades.
